I'M trouble in accessing the folder after i have made it inaccessible. the 2nd command to make the file accessible is not working it says"THE ACE DOES NOT APPLY THE CURRENT FILE/DIRECTORY" what should i do ?

How do I find if my disk letter is "c" or something else?
