Nice video. Thank you. For most hinges, you don't need to make this small 45 degree cut. I just built these saw horses myself and realized that I it would have worked without them.

Thank you so much for your clear and easy to follow instructions. I have made these saw horses which I couldn't have done without your guidance. They didn't teach woodwork in the school I went to so it's great to have access to simple techniques that actually work. Glue stand next! 😊

Great video and great design. But just to check what wood lengths are used from the cross batons ( above / below the 210mm line)? Just to keep me tight as this will be my first try at these ? If anyone could clarify this it would be very much appreciated, many thanks

I'll use pressure treated.....fold them and store them under the work shed. Space is always a premium in the work area.
