I use the Love pen default brush on Ibis Paint, but I did do some slight adjustments :> I also use the stabilizer at 10 which helps a lot!

I have a question like what if the characters are a different sizes can I still do the same thing with the same the base

You can! Because later when you’re editing your video you can adjust the sizes of the characters by making it smaller or larger. Unless the characters are super small or super tall. Then I recommend making a base for them :)
