Thank you so much for this very detailed and explanatory tutorial! I had a lengha skirt tailored in India and the seamstress didn't gather it correctly leaving a big space at the zipper end and also didn't leave any adjustment allowance in the waistband as I asked (this is typically done in indian Lenghas). Now I need to open it up and re stitch everything and had no idea how until your video. Now I wont need to pay another tailor to have it redone!
