How To Make A Giant S'Mores CAKE | Fluffy Marshmallow Fondant | Yolanda Gampp | How To Cake It

To make my Giant S'Mores Cake, I baked two large graham cracker cookies and sandwiched them between an all-chocolate ëpiece of chocolate' Chocolate cake and a batch of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake that I layered with Italian meringue buttercream, toasted mini marshmallows and covered entirely in marshmallow fondant. Then, I toasted the whole cake with my brulÈe torch. YUM! Marshmallow lovers, you're definitely gonna want S'More of this cake!

I made my own 21st birthday cake a few months ago. I am by no means a professional and rarely do I ever make cake but I made a layered checkered cake that looked like a red plaid shirt with white fondant covering the cake, black chocolate ganache dripping from the top over the sides like leviathan blood with a white anti possession symbol and gold sugar crystals sprinkled on the black to tie in with my gold candles. All because I'm obsessed with the tv show Supernatural.
