Thanks for the tutorial sis. Why did you not use the lining you cut in the lower part? If I use a light fabric will I still get this same bouncy and full effect?

If you see light fabric, I recommend adding medium hard net under the skirt for volume or hem the skirt with horsehair braid. Lining was optional in my case.
