janice barbee on the side without paper. She keeps paper on the back so it doesn’t get scratched but she will remove it to adhere it to the badge reel.

Patricia Ramos you can adhere the glitter with mod podge but you will want epoxy to seal the glitter in. If you don’t the glitter will flake off.
