How should I set up my tumblers to dry if I don't have a spinner? I did make a cup holder with a large dowel rod and pool noodle lol. And is the torch necessary? Does it matter if it’s a white tumbler? Do you prefer the aluminum?

no. a white tumbler is always a good base to start with as all colors show up on it. and yes for this application I prefer aluminum

I have tons of questions, hopefully they aren't considered dumb lol what are fish eyes? Obviously that's not a good thing, and you may not be able to show it because it seems like something we don't want, but it would be good to know what you're looking for, if possible. Also, I get the sanding part and getting things even and taking out roughness, but when your tumbler is finished, I know you can't sand forever so how do you get extra epoxy off the top/rim without breaking that seal and having to add another layer? We have to stop at some point lol
