For the collar ma, place your tape round her neck and get the desired measurement. For my daughter ma, what I got was 19-20". So if you divide this by 2 we have 10". Then fold your fabric into 4 and measure out 6" all round ( then you mark out just as you do for flare, then at that point you confirm if you have your round neck measurement.
