Hey if I am camping and want to save space as much as possible could I use those alcohol swab little pads? Or it’s not enough to light

@WaffleMann - I've made and used this type of stove and you need a lot of alcohol to boil water. Those alcohol swabs will burn up in 30 seconds. You need enough alcohol for at least 5 minutes to boil water. Furthermore, you have to use denatured alcohol because regular alcohol will burn dirty.

Leuke video!! Met een eenvoudig (half) ijzer-sponsje in de brander (waar je vieze pannen mee afwast) kan het verbruik naar beneden en krijg je een schonere vlam. Heb ik ooit geleerd. Misschien een deksel op de pan? Verder heel leuk filmpje. Ik wil zelf een mini outside kacheltje maken. Rocket stove van ijzer. Hobo stoof is natuurlijk nog makkelijker. Any way in deze tijden is het goed om aan onze scoutings vaardigheden te werken. Al wil ik mezelf ook niet gek laten maken.

Works with Spirit, 96% alc, bio ethanol too spirit you get in stores for household using ,like for cleaning windows is cheaper than alcohol you got to buy in pharmacies

Чтобы сэкономить. И повысить температуру. Надо положить во внутрь. Металло волокно. Есть такой материал. Он хорошо впитывает спирт. И повышай температуру. Испарение первоначальное.

Nice. Please use tin-snips or side-cuts to remove base of can. A disposable craft/bix knife is not robust or safe enough. Also, mucking about with the pen & compass is rendered moot by the fact that you cut the whole base out where it meets the embossed region; which is already clearly defined. Good work otherwise.
