I made a top the front neckline is 3 by 3 while the back neckline is 3 by 1,when I wore it I discovered it was choking on the neck and the armhole was so tight even when I used my Normal armhole which is 8.5. In that case , you can take 3 and half by 3 and half for the front neckline and make the back 3 and half by 2.
