👍👍Love fish curry with oil roti. You have a wonderful garden. Due to the pandemic, I couldn’t plant anything because everything was closed and sheltering in place. Now that we complete stage four reopening it’s tool late to plant a garden.🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

There is not enough bees in my backyard, I noticed that the squash flowers comes out early in the morning and when the sun goes down at night and that’s when the bees are gone. I have to plant some more flowers next year maybe that will help to keep the bees around ✌️❤️

Please add ginger beer and guyanese chicken chowmein to your to do list. You may want to keep some achar to last throughout the winter since it would be difficult to cook outside in the cold.

Everything you did looks perfect. Let's assume I don't know how to cook cat fish curry not one time have you mentioned when you add your coconut milk ect how much time it's needed to cook to finish. Please mentioned time it's very important and pause on your kitchen garden because you are cooking and stick to cooking. Thanks Viji.

Thank you for your comment, after adding the coconut milk you will continue cooking for 10-12 minutes. It depends on how much fish and the sizes you are preparing. No disrespect, but most of my food comes from a garden and it’s important for me to show how simple it is to, plant, grow and harvest my own food. In Canada we only have 3 solid months to grow a garden and I am grateful, excited and happy to share mine. Maybe where you are from you can grow a garden all year long so it’s not a big deal for you.
