Cory, awesome! I make one as well. I'm sure you already are aware that the two diffrent hyluronic acids do to seperate things to the skin. So, I make my serum with both. I add the low molecular weight acid to help pull all the ingredients deeper into the skin and the higher weight to thicken and form a barrier for the skin. It works awesome! Give it a try, tell me what you think. Does it make it more expensive, of coarse, but the benifits are stunning. Glad to see you back after holiday! I hope you had a wonderful time with the family! I'm very experienced with peptide therapy for whole body, subcutaneous ones as well. Please be aware peptides breakdown when exposed to light & heat, so you should package this in a dark bottle, and keep the bottle in the fridge. GKU-C is also very powerful skin peptide to include in this mix. It's awesome for tightening & wrinkle reduction - I think the Ordinary started using this in their latest serum now too. 🤔

Oh, and I've read that the best time to apply hyaluronic acid serum is when your skin is damp. I apply it after I get out of the shower and/or wash my face.

Will a medium molecular weight penetrate skin more easily than a lmw? Have you tried hyalurosomes or Hyaluronic 4D?

Hi there, a low molecular weight hyaluronic acid will penetrate the skin better than a high molecular weight acid because the molecules are smaller, therefore able to get beneath the barrier of the skin. Medium weight will give you a more instant difference in plumpness but most of it will wash off when you wash your face. I have not tried hyalurosomes or hyaluronic acid 4D.
