If you made the Mag Oil "regular strength", you could use it in direct replacement for water in any lotion/butter recipe without getting that burning - that's what I've seen everywhere. If you have to dilute the double strength with additional distilled water to make it work, it seems like you've reversed the purpose of using double-strength?

Here’s a fun fact. Everything in your video went well until… you rubbed your perfume in with your wrists. Doing this will “bruise” your fragrance. You’ve added alcohol already, which doesn’t just carry your fragrance, it dissipates and dissolves in the air quickly with your body heat. Just spray it in and let it dry. It will last longer, and won’t smash your top and middle notes.
