I would to thank you for your valuable tutorial videos. I do need your advice, I want to build a WordPress website that will be a mix of classified, directory, and marketplace. The idea is to have two different sign-ups of users: 1 - Clients 2 - Vendors. The core of the website is to have three different options ( Item Attribute) : 1 - Selling items(Offer items under different categories) 2 - Exchange items with any other items 3 - Offer free items that we do not need. Anyone can be a vendor, and list items showing what he wants to Sell, exchange, or give for free. We will not interfere in any option either Selling, exchanging, or giving for free, The revenue stream will be through Membeshib, Claiming listings, and Ads. Maybe in the future, we add a marketplace and get a commission. The question is, Is it doable by using HivePress theme, and plugins? Also, I would appreciate any useful addition from your side. I think it's easier to filter real estate with the geolocation feature (you can install the free HivePress Geolocation extension and allow users to filter properties by location). Alternatively, you can create the "Select" attribute (e.g., state) and add various options as well as build a hierarchy of options. Also, you can create listing categories for each state and add sub-categories for cities.

Hi, there are only one time fees for this theme, no recurring charges. If a listing post is expired it will no longer be displayed depending on what settings you have. You can set how many days the listing is viable.

Hello, Quick question. If an individual wants to sell an item (Laptop), must they be added as a vendor/agent first? In other words, can anyone visit the site and sell an item? Or do they have to log in with a password and create a profile first? Thanks!

Yes they have to create a vendors account first before they can upload their a new listing. The registration process if quite seamless though, only requires email and password. They can update their profile later on if they wish

Please guide how to BULK upload entries. Admin has to start bulk upload say 100 entries.
