We have to think Big that's how it gets better. Just an idea I had watching your videos. All it takes sometimes is a Business Model.. its a Flow Chart..Manufacturing.. Read the story on how the Cheesecake Factory got started,,,, just selling pies through local stores.. Links are in a chain, like they say its as easy as riding a Bike. The Idea. You got it!

@@CharlieTheCookAndrews One more for the road its Friday.. I had a neighbor 4 or 5 years ago where I use to live, He Cooked and Catered out of his home that he had built while he was Catering. Beautiful Home Large family..He had Vans and few Helpers to transport Food and Setup. He now has a NIce Restaurant w Banquet Rooms on the Same block where he built his home, i lived on the same block 2 doors over. Well The Restaurant is a Success I tell you. the Park in lot has a 50 or more cars with spill over parking. Its Full Every night of the week 7 days I tell you. He made it. The Best Middle Eastern Food in town. Everything is on point. Living his Dreams with Family working together.

Hey Charlie, I haven’t been able to look at KZbin for awhile now but I’m back and first thing I see is this cake. Charlie, I’m gonna tell you again that you are amazing!! Your kitchen, oven, counters, appliances... everything is so clean - and I know you cook all the time! I admire you so much and I mean that. @Marcus Jenkins yaasss, definitely trying this for Thanksgiving, i tried making a orange crunch cake three months ago which is similar, difference is in the frosting it has a orange zest, orange juice, coconut & walnuts combo, cake turned out great but the frosting was so runny it wouldn't stay on the cake😩. Charlie, this is my first time to your channel. You now have another committed follower. "YOU are and your cake is the "BEST"!!! This cake is awesomely delicious and a beautiful cake. All the different flavors are to die for, the crust is bad a _ _! One of the best I've ever tasted. I have close friends who have a restaurant here in central Texas, who are from Houma, Louisiana. We live west of Fort Worth in a Historic town. People come here from everywhere and their restaurant is rated #1 here and in Ft. Worth and Dallas. They have better seafood and catfish than I experienced downtown New Orleans. There's always standing room and/or reservation only. I surprised them each with a piece of your cake. They were truly overwhelmed and said it was the best they had ever had. I can't wait to try many of your other recipes, I found on your channel. Thank you from me and thank you from Cliff and Evelyn.
