I use 4096MB (4GB) ram for up to 10 people and server hasn't overloaded at all yet.

@@alejandrojan go to your server folder . Go to look for a folder that says “world” and you can simply copy that folder. And paste it else where. and then if you ever need to restore your world you can delete current world and then add your back up.

It dose work for cracked players. You have to go into the server properties file, and look for online. And then set it to true :)

have you pasted java -Xmx20000M -Xms1024M -jar server.jar nogui inside of it? and have you installed JDK? If you have already installed jdk or have already put that inside of run.bat. Check the name of your server .jar For example. if your server.jar is "1.20.4.jar" you would do "java -Xmx20000M -Xms1024M -jar 1.20.4.jar nogui"
