A smaller rear sprocket will give you more speed on top, but will make the bike slower to get going from a stop and make climbing any sort of grade more difficult. For streets or smooth dirt roads in an area with very flat terrain, no worries, but for hilly areas or off-road stuff it's not so good. Such are the trade-offs in a single speed bike.

Cool video man. I like faster. Faster is better. The smaller sprocket really did the trick, as we knew it would. But, but, on a little mini bike that goes that fast, don't you need to think about the braking ability? Does the standard metal plate pushing against the back tire allow for enough braking power at 32 MPH? I suggest always think of safety first!!!! So, always wear metal football cleats shoes so you can push down hard on the road surface when you want to stop quickly. Or, wear a backpack with an electable para-shoot (like dragsters have) :-)
@akcustom78386 жыл бұрын
LOL yes football cleats will also help with braking at least %25-%30, very good comment.

you realize if the spacing is not equal. You will create chain hop, which is perfect for tossing chains.
@asapjohnson78095 жыл бұрын
tractor mike in a perfect world he would have mentioned that and that he probably had to scoot either the wheel back or motor forward somewhere in this process. But I’ll give the guy credit I think that yes, yes he knows that buddy.

Okay so what he meant to say is cc directly reffers to torque not always speed. For example a 200cc mini bike will top 30 after the goveners are removed but various European scooters can go 50 with 150cc but are shit for hills because you can't have both Max speed and tourque. Mini bike are slow bit have the smartphone maximum speed uphill as downhill.

I love your videos, Dude. But I'm going to have to take some issues with your driving. Driving on the wrong side of the road especially around corners is not good, not only for you but also gives a bad impression of bikers to the public in general. I have personally been in five head on collisions as a direct result of the other person driving around a blind corner on the wrong side of the road in all cases the knucklehead that hit me head on because they were driving around a blind corner on the wrong side of the road was driving a full size vehicle, and granted your much less likely to do serious damage or injury to someone else if you drive around a corner on the wrong side of the road with your bike then a full size vehicle, but it is still a problem dude. Especially if your going to video record yourself doing it and then post it online for the world to see when you are on a bike only serves to tarnish the reputation of bikers, tinkers, backyard DIYers, etc . . . as inconsiderate and dangerous knuckleheads that can't be trusted with freedom.

Turbo 1889, hey man, want to say first, yes your right, so i went back and watched it, and in the vid it looks like the corners have blind spots when in reality the visibility is very good. I can see very clearly a mile down the road. with a road that gets five cars down it a day I get lax with that type of thing, but need to keep in mind the audience as mentioned, thanks!
