How to Make a Morning Aligner for Oral Sleep Apnea Appliance User

I've been a patient of Dr. Sosenko for about 4 years now and am very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of sleep medicine appliances. While I can only speak to her mouth appliance knowledge since I do not use cpap, her guidance and expertise have allowed me to get a quiet restful night of sleep for the last 4 years. My wife use to poke me and ask me to roll on my side because of my snoring but after getting the mouth appliance she would poke me to see if I was still breathing! :D Fortunately she has gotten used to me being so quiet and we both sleep better. While not everyone is a good candidate for a mouth appliance, Dr. Sosenko is good at determining if you are or not. Thanks, Doc!

Very helpful in COVID's time. I'd highlight, if can, do this by video call for appropriate teaching about correct occlusion. For we, dentists, is very easy to guide the bite to a correct position, but patients sometimes do wrong, although Dr. Lydia explanation was great, very detailed. Thank you!
