Nice. Instead of a sliding bolt lock to keep it up - you could use bullet catches in the vertical members to hold the bed when lifted up. The angle brackets on the top that attache to the wall, you could do from the inside as well so they don't show except when the bed is down.

I have this sort of murphy bed in my studio apartment, it really helps give a room multiple uses (sleep + work). Having the desk/shelf stay level and being able to keep your laptop etc on them is so much better than a drop leaf desk too.
