These are very cute. An elastic band would have been good. Just sew part of it in the seam. Then, put it around the button. Just an idea! But they are very cute! Thanks for sharing!😉🫂

Cute needle books, lots of lovely stitches. . I would have done an tie closure sewn inbetween the 2 layers.

These are adorable. For future reference, instead of covering up the heart or having a tiny piece on the front, that pc of felt could have been cut in half for one piece above and another below (two full closures) = front image not covered. Or a wrap around ribbon closure wd have worked too. Sometimes we get so set on what we have in mind we don’t consider other options.

It's about 3.5 by 4.5 inches when it's closed ☺️
