This was exactly what I wanted to look at - everything from start to finish and everything is very ‘doable’, so I’ll do this for my son’s 21st cake. I’m not sure if you mentioned any measurements but an approximate size of the numbers would be great to know as it looks a perfect size. I loved to see you um and aah about placement of things on top, like we all would do! Also very impressed how you got that white board so crumb free without smudging the chocolate cake onto it. 👏🏻 Also glad to see you don’t need an expensive Kitchenaid mixer!

Lissette Aponte Exactly! We found the number outlines online (Pinterest is a great resource), transferred them to a word document, played around with the sizing and then printed them out! 😊

I felt your pain as you were mixing up the buttercream frosting with one little beater. I hope you can get a Kitchenaid, or at least a better hand mixer. The cakes are beautiful. Great job!
