I just used gel coloring to color candy melts and white chocolate chips. I first mixed the gel food coloring with avocado oil first before adding to the chocolate. Beautiful cake!

How do you firm up the buttercream? You said to add buttercream.... that doesn't make sense. Do you mean powdered sugar? Also, what did you put on the letters before frosting?

Not at this point unfortunately. I mean I do but I haven't shared it. We use a lot of my recipes at the bakery I work at and I don't want to step in toes.

We baked them in half sheet pans. About 1 1/2-2" tall and then sorted in half.
