Great boxes for a great cause. Instead of lining the box, you ca achieve a registration by routing a groove on the interior slightly over half the thickness and rout an offset groove on the outside to separate the pieces.

Love the genuine joy and happiness you express and such beautiful pieces - the clunk as the lid goes on the box is a total winner - and I love the speedy style of delivery - getting your thought processes as you work through is really insightful and inspirational - I guess that the offcuts being stored for some time there'll be little differential change in size of the pieces over time - my favourite series of how-to so far!!!
