This video shows a detailed, step-by-step and high definition tutorial for manufacturing PCBs at your home from scratch using heatless toner transfer method.

hey just apply the nail polish remover and place the layout... or do nothing...like rubbing or anything else...how much time I have to wait after placing the layout....

Just apply the nail polish remover and place the layout. Wait till the nail polish remover evaporates/dries off; it will eventually evaporate due to the highly volatile acetone content (the time may vary based on how much you have applied). Please DO NOT disturb the PCB (by rubbing or anything else) while the nail polish remover is still wet as it may smudge the toner ink being transferred.

I tried with nail remover (not brand lakme) with magazine paper. But the track fully dissolve nd not get output result. Pls tell me how to do?

We too have tried other nailpaint remover brands but most of the local brands are not up to the mark in terms of toner transfer for PCB manufacturing. Lakme is the only brand that has worked for us so far. P.S. we aren't advertising ;) You may experiment with different paper types and nailpaint removers and post a comment if anything else works for you. All the best!

It is called as "magzine paper" and is mostly available in professional printing shops.
