also did you put ribbons in every tie? This is really beautiful and I love how adding the ruffles gave so much fullness and dimension. Were the ruffles made from a foil mesh? Thank you so much for sharing.
@craftingwithhwm7 жыл бұрын
I am so glad you enjoyed it. I did add ribbons in every tie as that also adds to the fullness. The ruffles are made from poly deco mesh. There is a little sparkle in the mesh but it is not the foil deco mesh. I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

It is more effective to use your own pipe cleaners and all my videos are made so that you can be a beginner or experienced. I would start with a curly one they are a little easier and forgiving. Try this one. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5rFi6yZl75gZ68

As everyone has stated your wreaths are beautiful and you do a great job explaining the process. I know this is almost 2 years old now but if you don;t mind and it’s not tolate I have a couple questions. How many of the 10” and 20” deco mesh ruffle pieces to you need also how many ribbons pieces do you need. I understand itm8ght vary based on wreath size so do you have a “formula” or “rule” like use at least one every 4 or 6 inches, or for 12” vs 18” vs 24” I use around this amount. I hope I didn’t make that more confusing than it should be. Thanks for sharing.

On the work wreath with tinsel ties - do they come with the tinsel ties or did you add them before the video. Are tinsel ties like pipe cleaners? Is one preferred over the other? TY!
@craftingwithhwm6 жыл бұрын
Hi, Tina. This one is a tinsel work wreath that already comes with the tinsels attached, but yes I also do make my own with the chenille stems. I have several videos on them how to make them you could buy them at DT this one is from craftoutlet.com here is the link for it. www.craftoutlet.com/15-24-work-wreath-form-royal-blue No, they're not they are made like the same way a christmas tree branches are made. Now, they are different ones the very thin ones, thick and regular one. I like to use the one on this video unless I don't have any more in stock and make my own. Thank you, I hope this helps.

I REALIZE THIS IS AN LDER VIDEO, BUT WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MESH? I TRIED THE POOF METHOD WITH BLACK 10" MESH AND IT WAS REALLY SEE THRU. WHAT TIPS OR BRAND CAN YOU SUGGEST?
@craftingwithhwm5 жыл бұрын
Hello, there Sonia. It is very difficult to make poufs with a 10" due that one it doesn't fit two the frame will show. If you use a 21" mesh roll is much better to use, unless you are going to go around twice to make is not see thru. Yes, the quality of the mesh also matters. Take a look at the old tutorial using the mesh with a 10" in three colors. I will send you a link down below. Thank you, don't forget to like and share. Really pretty. However I have a question I notice you stand to do your wreaths how high is your table? I'm disable so i sit the majority of the time. I hear it's harder to look down at your work and make sure everything is looking okay. I have consider buy something to lift each of the table legs and buying a tall bar stool. Any other suggestions?
@craftingwithhwm6 жыл бұрын
Thank you yes it is easier to see if it below you. Have you thought about just getting a lower table or a table that is adjustable? My table goes up and down. I would think a bar stool would be uncomfortable. I would look for a table that is level with your lap or a tad higher. Are your counters adjusted for your disability? I would start there to see a good height then google to find one that fits those dimensions. I hope that helps.

Question - if you want to put the wreath between a storm door - would you make the poof 8" - also where do you get your work wreaths? Love your stuff..
@craftingwithhwm4 жыл бұрын
Hello Helene! That’s a great question. If you want a thinner wreath then I wouldn’t recommend the work wreaths because they are elevated. I would use a dollar tree form and you can add your own ties. I also would maybe only do one layer of mesh instead of two so you can do your poofs and then ribbon. 8 inches isn’t going to give you a nice poof so maybe try 10 inches at least. I normally get my work wreaths from Sims or Trendy Tree. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you, Lori.

Hello and welcome, there Donis. This is a work wreath frame so it already comes with it attached. I don't buy them I use sometime chenille stems when I don't have a work wreath frame or if I want to teach how to make your own. Don't forget to like and share. Thank you, Lori.

Hi Laurie, my question is, does your wreath already have the pipe cleaner on wreath or do you put them on your self.

Hi, Sue. I use both. You could take a 15" frame and add them or you could get them with it.Thank you.
