Hi im really loving this tutorial but ive become stuck!! When slicing the hexagon to make layer 3. It wont let me slice to make a border? Do you know why that could be? Is there any other way to do this part??

Love this, I am currently doing this for my daughters birthday coming up, but I’m stuck in the number part, I keep pressing the offset button and type down 0.05 and apply but nothing seems to be working I don’t see it adding more layers to the number. Does anyone know why? I need help!

Hi! Thank you for watching. I’m honestly not sure why it’s not working. My advice would be to SAVE the project and then restart Cricut Design Space and then try making the number again. Good luck! Let me know if it works.

Hi! So I’m re-reading the original comment and the offset tool doesn’t add more than one layer at a time. The .05 is just the width of one background layer. I hope that makes sense. Is your offset tool not working at all?
