How to Make a Pop Up Front Step Panel Card

I show a card already made and then make a Pop Up Front Step Panel Card. I've used the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch Bundle (In the Jan - April 2024 mini), a bit of fussy cutting and some bling. This patterned paper is so easy to use with existing sentiment stamps.
