You just showed me three Serum tricks that I've never heard of before. Please continue this journey.

Interessting approach how to make a psy bass. Thank you.I usually use the lfo on the cutoff with a custom curved envelope to get the clicky transient but your idea is definetly worth to try.Thank you

I like the sound you created a lot! I couldn't re-create the sound as I didn't have the waveform you used on Osc 1. One suggestion would be making a tutorial for this type of sound with a waveform that more of your viewers have, like a stock waveform. Thanks!

google massive wavetable for serum and you have digigrain 1

YESSSSSSSSSS
@clxma Жыл бұрын
@@hdj808 I'm also gonna share a secret trick for texture on basses (came up for it myself): take a match eq (i use the ozone one) and analyse a track/sample/whatever with a nice mid-to-high range and analyse and put that capture on your bass and crank it up to whatever you please (only on the mids and highs). this gives your basses a nice texture. works best on rumble and psy basses
@hdj808 Жыл бұрын
@@clxma could you do a tutorial on the kick and rumble in the drop after the breakdown?👀👀👌

Great tutorial! Thank you so much for this, but how did you get that huge stereo effect? I can get the same result just setting unison to 2

That was a nice watch, thank you. 9:25 sounds soooo good! Also like the kick and sub. Do you make the kicks yourself or where do you get them from?

everything was made my me and will be coming out in our next pack!
@keriozaraki Жыл бұрын
@@raveyardsounds Even more so than a sample pack, I'd be interested in a video where you show how you synthesize your kicks.

Hey man, great video!!! that sound is wicked :D where can I find this waveform you used on oscillator 1 ? I would love to rebuild this sound and use it in a production :D

VERY NICE TUTORIAL, BUT AT LEAST PUT THE WAVETABLES U USED SO WE CAN TRY MAAANNN...A PERSON THAT IS JUST TRYING TO DO SOMETHING YOU'RE SHOWING COULD GET CRAZY JUST TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT WAVETABLE IF U DON'T PROVIDE THE ONE U USED. EVEN IF THATS SIMILAR TO SOME WAVETABLES FEEDED BY SERUM AS DEFAULT PRESETS. ITS GOOD FOR US AND TRUST ME, ITS GOOD EVEN FOR U. OTHER THING IS THAT YOUR PRESET/SAMPLE BUNDLE ARE REALLY TOO EXPENSIVE AND IS NOT SO EASY TO FIND THE PRESET BANK U USED I THINK! DON'T WANT BOTHERING U. I'M JUST SAYING..JUST TO HELP U , SO U CAN HELP US :) CHEERS

I had to search in my tables aswell, which one he is using on OSC A but im not sure if its a standard or not. Tutorial is great but you definately need experience in it. Jumps are a bit hard bcs of the fast changes and skips.

There's a lot of psy basses in the current faster Techno scene. Often used as a surprise drop in an otherwise purely Techno-ey track.
@bassterix71518 ай бұрын
modern hardtechno is mostly a bastard child of hardstyle/hardcore, (psy-)trance and schranz. there's not really a name for it yet (expect tik tok techno or neorave but those aren't clearly defined) so most just call it hard techno. but it's not strictly techno in the classical sense.

This has to be the worst tutorial I have ever watched. The way you cut this video is just driving me nuts. You do something, than changes it completely or use hotkeys but don't tell how or what exactly you did. I really wanna achive the result but it is near impossible. I´m half way through the video and had two watch 10 different other tutorials to understand what you even did. I first subscribed but this was it. Worst video I have to endure. Ever.
