How to Make a Puzzle from 1/8 in Hardboard | Sublimation & GlowForge Projects

In this video- as I have been doing as of recently- I combined sublimation and my GlowForge machine to create a puzzle board.
I used hardboard (1/8 inch wood) so that it lasts longer than the average puzzle board.

So cute! Are the laminating sheets laser safe? I know some plastics release poisonous chemicals if last cut.

Hmm, great question! I didnt read anything (in the packaging & manual) that stated otherwise. Also, after laminating, on top of applying the masking tape for protection & less burning, I cut at a lower power. 🌸
