That looks seriously badass, Steve. Looking forward to the painting tutorial. One of the first "props" I ever made was his huge knife which I made out of a thick slab of pvc board. It lasted for a few months before it got knocked off the wall and destroyed. This was before I knew about foam crafting. Maybe now I can make the set and make them better and lighter and definitely more durable. Thank you for sharing with us!

Is it better to hand brush with acrylic or airbrush?
