How to Make a quick and Easy Homemade Eggless Vanilla Cake
This simple homemade recipe helps anyone make a soft yummy vanilla or white sponge cake within minutes, using basic easily available ingredients without eggs in a basic aluminium cake tin. We grease and dust the cake tin as shown as this is very important.
Prepare the cake batter before putting it into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius. Sorry forgot to mention in the video.
Bake in the bake move in your oven in the centre That means only the bottom heating rod is on.
This video also shows a smart and quick decoration at the end to complete your cake. As our name suggests, there are no hidden secrets. You can also add and mix the ingredients in any order and end up with the same result. Trust me, if you follow my steps, you cannot go wrong.
Ingredients:
Flour (Maida) - 1 1/4 Cup (160 gms)
Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Water - 100ml (1/2 cup water)
White Vinegar - 2 tsp
Condensed Milk - 200 ml
Soft Butter - 100 gms
Baking Soda - 1/2 tspn
Baking Powder - 1 tspn

@@shreyapandey3122 I have pinned this recipe. Done it more than 5-6 times. It comes out perfect if u follow the measurements. I don't have a standard cake tin. Sometimes I use a round one, sometimes heart-shaped tin. But the baking time depends on the level of the batter. Usually it takes around 30 to 40 minutes for perfect baking.

Hi ma'am! Today I make this vanilla cake instead of cupcakes. It came out perfect this time. Very very spongy and good in taste. Thank you so much for your guidance 😊. I have make half quantity receipe and bake at 160 for 18 mins and no break on top. Next time I will try cupcakes and keep on top rack as suggested by you. This time I was afraid so make in tin. Also have to work on whipped cream.
