2 cups (240g) flour 1/2 ts salt 245g whipped cream( turned into butter) 83g butter 6ts (strawberry yogurt) thats what I tried second time, it turned out good. 42g vanilla sugar 1ts water 150g crystal sugar (To be honest I eyeballed the Ingredients and it still came out good, for everything else I followed the steps as showed in the video.)

Butter cake will stay fresh for about 1 to 2 days at normal room temperature.Freshly baked butter cake will keep well for about 1 week in the fridge when properly stored; when freezing, cover with plastic wrap to prevent cake from drying out.

The oven temperature is too high. If the top crust forms and sets before the cake has finished rising, the middle will try to push through the crust as it continues to bake, causing it to crack and possibly dome. Check your oven with an oven thermometer and reduce the temperature accordingly if it is running hot.
