This is a method to use the Colorama effect on a flow created with fractal noise to color it in rainbow colors and animate it. If you need a blue, green, red, or gold background and color variations, you can create a rainbow version first and then create the solid color variations from there.
This is because once you have created a beautiful rainbow background, it is easy to adjust the colors to a single color from there.
When coloring a grayscale background, I often use tone curves or Video Copilot's VC Color Vibrance, but when it comes to rainbow backgrounds, those effects cannot be used. The standard effect Colorama is used for this purpose.
