How to make a Reversible Holiday Sign from Pallet wood

In todays video, I will make a reversible holiday sign from pallet wood. One side celebrates fall with a scarecrow the other side celebrates winter with a snowman. This upcycle project is easy and festive. Hope my video inspires you to reclaim something that my be castaway and forgotten.
Fall sign
Material used
Pallet wood: 3 pieces at 37 inches in length (body)
2 pieces at 18 inches in length (rim of hat)
2 pieces at 12 inches in length ( base)
Paint: ArtMinds Exterior, eggshell (snowman body, eyes)
ArtMinds Exterior, natural grout (scarecrow body)
ArtMinds Exterior, pure black (hat)
ArtMinds acrylic, orange harvest (nose)
Sharpie Paint pen, black (eyes and mouth)

Would acrylic paint be ok to use being that will be outside ?

I just used what paint I had on hand, if you use the dry brush technique, there is not a lot of paint to peel. For the face I would put a protective coat of clear polyurethane. Thanks for watching my video.
