What makes this cooking Channel so attractive to me, is that there’s no talking and it’s nothing but sounds of nature and cooking. I am a Visual learner so I pick up more on different techniques that I see rather than listening to instructions. So I applaud your techniques and your channel ! That’s one fruit I have never tried ! Looks delicious, with all that folding with your dough, i’m sure it made a very flaky crust ! 😉🙂

I must say that the way everything is setup with nature and nature sounds is rather tranquil and loved the "build an oven" step. I doubt I would have the patience to cut flour and butter together. I expect a suet pastry would be a little easier to have patience with. The rhubarb in my freezer is also going to beer, so I need another fruit :-).

It is unrefined sugar with some molasses. Basically natural brown sugar with a toffee like flavor :)
