Looks devine! I just made one and it's in the oven. Here's my "healthy" hack I used chia seeds mixed in with my oats as a thickener. Love all your ruhbarb yumminess!😋

Howdy!! Thank you so much for posting this video of your recipe for rhubarb crisp. With it being hot here right now, I didn't want to use the oven for very long, so I cooked the rhubarb in a pot on the stove, then I baked just the crisp on parchment paper in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350. For the rhubarb, I used the minute tapioca, per your recipe, and it worked well. I put the cinnamon in with the rhubarb, instead of in the crisp. I used the fresh orange juice AND, I added some orange zest. : ) Mmmmm!! Yummy. The rhubarb, orange and cinnamon flavors go so well together. For the crisp, I melted the butter because I was baking it separately and because I like a really crisp crisp. : ) This afternoon, I did a taste test, and Mmmmmm! Yummy! My husband, who does not like tapioca pudding, liked the rhubarb crisp. Yay! Thanks again.

My mom used tapioca in fruit pies that produce juice she made many pies at one time to freeze she made it with blackberry I remember and it’s delicious too.... that crisp looks great 👍

Rhubarb is tart like a cranberry, but oh so much better.
