It makes sense to me because you can save tulle. How many pieces do you use for a 5t?

For a 5t I typically use 12 pieces or so.

Totally confused on the cut and fold. Someone please explain to my slow self. I saw a ✂️ at 13in but then the turning confused me because the other side looked so long. So my question is... what is the measurement? 13x? lol

Hi. ❤ I try to stay at 4.5. It really just depends on the tulle and sometimes the ribbon. For this particular tulle I could've taken the tension down to 3.5-4.
