I have thought of making an all ribbon wreath, but never got around to it. You have inspired me to finally give it a try. I'm wondering how it would look with the ends dove tailed. Your wreath is Beautiful. Thank You for Sharing your Time and Your Talent with all of us.
@MichelleSmithCreations2 жыл бұрын
Yes you can dove tail the ends, but then will probably need more rolls of ribbon to cover the frame.
@sabrinaharris65382 жыл бұрын
Thank You. That makes sense, since the ribbon would have to be cut longer.

Use foil and layer it into a sturdy ring/circle. Works very well and will be hidden if done correctly
@colettegerard36952 жыл бұрын
So…question…have you made a wreath with this technique using both 1.5 and 2.5 inch ribbon? How would you alternate? Make a bundle of 2.5 then 1.5 or mix them up in each bundle?
@MichelleSmithCreations2 жыл бұрын
I would mix the 2.5 and the 1.5 ribbons together in each bundle you’ll get better coverage that way
@colettegerard36952 жыл бұрын

Hi there, I just Love your channel. I can't wait to start. Looking for the ribbons what you have

This is a fun wreath and can be made with any coordinating group of ribbons. Have fun crafting
@katcoughtrie930 Жыл бұрын
what do you use to hang the wreath and where do you buy it?
@MichelleSmithCreations Жыл бұрын
I usually use a command hook and you can purchase them pretty much anywhere. You can also use a wreath over the door hook and you can find those at dollar tree and Walmart any place like that.
@lizmalcolm32942 жыл бұрын
Michele. My sister showed me this and I thought about making a 10 inch and and 18 inch wreath. What length ribbons would you recommend for these 2 sizes. Thanks.
@MichelleSmithCreations2 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't change the length of the ribbon just how many bundles you will need to cover the base's. The number of bundles will depend on how full you want it and how much fluffing of the ribbon you do. Have fun crafting.
@kimgriffing328 Жыл бұрын
Confused ..you said you made 24 bundles but you say to use 5 bundles per section. Isn't there 6 sections? Love the look just need to make sure I have enough
@MichelleSmithCreations Жыл бұрын
Yes, you need 24 bundles total. The bundles on the crossbars are counted twice because they’re a part of two separate sections
