A good way to make "custom" round shapes is to fill up a balloon to size and throw some paper mache or whatever on it. Once it hardens you can pop the ballon and you have your sphere or elipse, dome etc.

Incredible, Bill! As per usual! Man I honestly think my favorite part of this one is those fluid-filled vials being UV-cured angularly. At a angle, basically. Also, the "lore" stuff was actually a pretty interesting concept, not even gonna lie. Fantastic job!

50 episodes is a huge achievement, especially with the quality of your videos, can't wait to see it! This was such a cool concept, I saw the live stream with the gasquito- the final result is fantastic! All those tiny overlapping wire texture details are incredible, I can imagine that was quite tedious. Totally worth it though, what an amazing build~

I like the introduction of a truly villainous force on Junk Planet in the form of The Factory. I'm guessing that the Bead Bots are of human design and therefore enemies of The Factory's horde of organic machines as well?

I wish i had the space to make things like this since i am currently writing down ideas for cave monsters. Visuals would be nice and probably add more to the description. Might as well share one idea so let me quickly tell you about the stalug, a slug-like creature with four absurdly long legs, it uses these legs to lift itself to the cave sealing and stands completely still until prey gets under it. Its slime hardens slightly to make the legs look like stalagmites and its mouth is located in the middle of the body, when it gets ready to attack the slime will start to run slightly before it drops its body on to its prey where it releases an acid to break the prey down to later suck it up. I think i had a bad dream when i came up with this thing but who knows.

I had an idea for a large toad that would hunt in packs by going into caves where bat like creatures are sleeping on the roof and then releasing a noxious gas that would rise up and kill the sleeping creatures and their bodies would fall to the floor
@nichlasbundgaard5583 Жыл бұрын
@@bh1352 Sounds really cool! Another idea i came up with was a giant blind ant that has a hardened spike on its chin that it uses to create soundwaves, which is how it "sees" what's around it. There's a little more to it, but that's the most interesting bit if you ask me.

I bet the moment where you started hiding the wires underneath the eva plating felt a bit odd, but it made so much sense. and it's cool to know it's there, even if you can't see the layer anymore. I admire your dedication you put into your builds.

What an awesome bot! While you may make a lot of rusty robots, it certainly doesn't stop you from coming up with all sorts of unique ones. As much as covering all the wirework might feel like wasted effort, it was the right call. The layers work so well for varying up the look and I love how the plates then come up to protect the fluid containers.
