Exactly! Those epoxy resin tables/worktops are incredible. Then they run it through a CNC machine and I am like "yeah, I don't have one of those" 😐

Great idea and easy to follow video. What was the liquid in the jar at the end you used to darken the wood? I'm looking to do some projects using old, reclaimed wood and I don't know if I should use sealant, shellac, etc. I just want to protect the finished product and help maintain it's natural aged look. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Thank you very much. I used vegetable oil. I think it is better to leave the products with their most natural appearance. :)

Interesting, I never considered a plant oil. Any idea how long and well that will protect the wood? Have you tried olive oil or any other plant based oils? Thanks for replying. I know you probably get hundreds of questions and comments a day.

@@wesleysnellgrove Hello again. It is not as protective as paints and chemicals, but we can achieve its most natural appearance with oil. All vegetable oils give the same result. It is sufficient to use indoors. Good work, thank you.

I didn't glue the top, just the thumbtacks. So it's not that hard to change. Thanks.. :)

What does the Code "BR" mean on the side of the block> I know MB means danger and to not use... Is BR something similar? Thanks

I don't know exactly what it means. The wood has not undergone any treatment and is not harmful to health. Thanks..
