Omg thank you for mentioning you get sick from restaurant’s seafood boils! Every time I eat at a local place I feel so terrible for the rest of the night.. i feel dizzy-ish and im on the toilet alot.. but I love crab. I never knew why it happened

Yes, they could be rushing it and seafood is nothing to rush. You can get very sick. You also want to get quality seafood, and seafood must always be kept ice cold before cooking!!

Hey aunty! I can't have MSG and this boil I used didn't cause any side effects I usually have when I consume MSG. Use a combination of spices instead of adding the store bought boil seasoning. Pick up a Cajun seasoning at the grocery (make sure there is no MSG). The slap ya mama seasoning has none and the flavor is sooo great. Take care and keep safe also🙏🏼
