What kind of feeds and speeds are you looking at to cut this acm and also aluminum? I have a router that can safely do 18000 rpm but people have told me that’s way too fast for aluminum.

You can go as high as 20000 rpms but to do it safely the feed has to be way too slower than when cutting acm.
