I've started to make box bases for mine too, I use acetate as I have loads from packaging. The only difference with mine is, instead of the base & sides being separate, I just use a bigger piece of acetate and score where you have joined the sides to the base, then fold the sides up and tape the corners. Makes such a difference being able to make your own in the size you need, saves a lot of waste

Just a point of technique... if you pour the silicone in a single THIN stream from the lowest point of your mold, that is actually the best way to make sure you get no bubbles. Pouring it all over the top of your object will trap bubbles in a lot of cases.

One tip that no one says it to make sure the table you are casting the silicone mold on is level. I have bought so many mold from etsy shops that were so cockeyes and unlevel they were unuseable.

By doing this is not fair for people who don’t know how to do none of this. I don’t know how to buy a coffee. I don’t know what none of this is about. I’m new and you’re not being fair.
