You don’t get that same depth of shine on silver but when detailed to perfection, it kind of glows in the light and really stands out especially in winter sun. Where the hard work pays off is in the dark under artificial lights such as a petrol station forecourt or multi-storey car park. I find the glassy finish of sealants work best on silver.
@Slamdoxicalz6 жыл бұрын
Pearl white cars look great under artificial lights too. Black still my fav but I'm forced polishing birdshit damage on nearly every hot day .. so it'll probably be my last black car ;

Great video showing showing light on the silver paintwork. Now i miss my old silver car - giving it a good silver treament. Wow! And this is for a silver car. Excellent and very detailed video. Thank you for making this video for us silver car owners. I will add some of your steps, as I don't do half of what you did, but I take care of my silver ride better than most. Even here in the USA most cars are silver and most are very dull looking as they're barely even washed let alone detailed. I do think a silver paint job with a high amount of silver flake helps. My car is 10 years old and still shines and it's just a Honda not a Jag. You are right about keeping the wheels, tires and any black trim dressed. Even with a basic wash and dressing of the trim, tires, lights and wheels my car looks better than most.
