Hello! I need your help. I have a tiny motorized camera dolly (Andoer P4 Pro), it’s being powered by a battery and it has a small motor to generate movements. It’s also can be operated using a remote, it can move forward and backwards using the botton on the device or the remote, however, I want to modify it and set a timer where (for example, every 5 seconds) it changes to the opposite direction without pressing any buttons. Afaik, gear ratio is not depend on diameter. But number of teeth. If u want 56:28, you can use any diameters, as long teeth ratio is 56:28 or 2:1 or 60:30 and so on.

Anything DIY is appreciable ... But sorry, this isnt going to work practically in a long run ... Too much of time lag it will cause ... Probably in a few weeks especially as the battery loses its power ..

if you need more working hours you could add more batteries in parallel increasing the amps but keeping the voltage.

@@TE. dont replace battery , install rechargable battery of table phones and recharge them with mobile phone chargers, continuous process unstoppable and stop recharge when not needed
