It can be made by 555 ic. Study datasheet of 555 and go ahead. Ys petince is required. Because on off time is to much large.

I'm an Electronic Engineer and don't need some bodger building circuits in the air rather than on a breadboard or perfboard but watch Great Scott's channel for how it SHOULD be done. Making videos of someone soldering in mid air is just nuts. How on earth does that help beginners? A schematic provides the ability to review and analyse the circuit operation which is EXTREMELY difficult without one! Experts or experienced electronics hobbyists it helps even less
