I agree! But call and ask the shelters of your choice because I wanted to do this and the shelter's manager explained to me that their policies did not allow outside products to be used. Such a sad thing to hear! What joy these goodies would bring!

I love this! I have a question....Is it safe to use the shrink wrap if I add some Lindt chocolates to the basket? I'm concerned the blow dryer might melt it. I'm just not familiar with how long the blow dryer runs. Thanks!

Yes! You can add any items you would like. I would just recommend putting the candy closer to the middle of the basket with other items around it. When using the blow dryer you don't want to keep it in one place for too long because it will make a hole in the shrink wrap so it should be just fine :)
