Wouldn't we all! ❤️ But I'm not so sure that this poster is offering to give any of her tutorial DIY baskets away to the general public. Lola Duran, you can easily go into any Dollar Tree & Goodwill in your area and find all of these items very inexpensively and make yourself & your daughter a very lovely gift basket full of the same items! The Goodwill is always full of pretty baskets for just a dollar or two! And all of the items in the basket are items that that $$$ store carries. How great is THAT? ❤️😍🤗

Hi Sis the ribbon you cut off the bow is also curling ribbon. I always curl mine then add more to fill up the prettiness. Great job great instruction. I will look for those glue dots!

Good morning Melodie! Thanks for watching my tutorial! I appreciate it. To answer your question as to where I purchase my items? It depends on what kind of basket you are designing. For an example if I am putting together a bath and body basket, I will try to catch a sell at Bath and Body works. For an example one of my customers contacted me and told me Bath and Body Works was having a one day only sale, all of their Signature products were on sale for $5.00. I am working on a Christmas bath and body basket so that worked out. I have also found bath and body items at Big Lots and Dollar Tree. Don't forget Walmart. The best thing to do is shop around for your items follow your instincts.The other part of your question. Don't forget to include your labor cost, travel, your items, basket etc. in your cost. You don't want to break even, you want to make a profit. I hope this was helpful.

hi Linda....got a delima...I have a Huge bear...he covers half of a love seat....should I put him in a basket...yes I found a basket big enough at a yard sale ...I really wanted to put all items with him...think it may look sloppy....or just find a smaller basket to put all my items in...that means two baskets...so one or two baskets...and I will b charging one fifty so it must look awesome... thanks for respond ing

Hi Brenda! I appreciate you watching the tutorial. I hope it was helpful. To answer your question. It really depends on what you want to charge for your basket. Here are some things to keep in mind when pricing your basket. You have to purchase the basket, and the items you will place in it. For instance, if you use glue dots, paper shred and tissue paper you have to account for those too as well as the products. Don't forget your labor as well as gas that you used to purchase those items. You would not charge what it cost you to make the basket because you would be breaking even and not making a profit. Take all of that into account and charge what you feel your basket is worth. I hope this information was helpful to you. Have a great day!

She was a very strong woman who gave of herself to her family and others. I was inspired to name my business after the very last verse it says" Give her of the fruit of her hands: and let her own works praise her in the gates."
