A very simple version version that i found also works is putting a downwards speed sensor to 0 km/h or Mph, then setting it up to some propultion and you can use spacebar to go up, maybe use a thruster or something to go down.

Yes, the bonus of this system is turning it on and off, also you dont need to over power the upwards thrust.

I made mine automatic. Although it has no gyro stabilizers (I could, but I prefer the « helicopter » style of moving around) it engages as soon as there is gravity : altitude

Note: if youre not using toggle for the down button you can delete the or gate and just put the keybind directly in the xor gate, this is useful if you dont have a lot of space for logic

This doesnt seem to work with tail propellers from the new dlc. When I try and regulate my thrust it just falls.

You could build a gyroscope using helicopter engines, that’s what I did for the story mode

Doesn’t work for me double check to make sure everything that’s connected correctly but it still doesn’t work I saw someone else on Xbox say that it didn’t work for them so it might just not work on Xbox

I tested on the Xbox version with a controller, it works. Sidenote, make sure the system is toggled on and the AND gate is connected to all your lift thrusters/gimbles

It’s hard to explain, but if you remove the logic block that handles the toggle, it should be on by defalt

Can we have a flow diagram on these kinds of tutorials? I think its much easier to follow. Plus it is easier to develop things because you can develop modules and kind of just plug in other modules to create a new system
